Separate the plasma from cells by centrifugation in a refrigerated centrifuge, then aliquot and freeze immediately in plastic tubes (Ultracentrifuge recommended for lipemic specimens.) Storage: 30 days at -20C. Before assay, samples should be thawed in an ice bath and kept at or below 4C at all times. Stability: 1 month frozen
