What are your patient service centers (PSC) hours?
Our PSC's are typically open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some locations are open on Saturday. Exact hours of operation are listed for each facility on our locations page.

Where are you located?
Please visit our locations page. We have approximately 150 locations throughout California. The majority of our locations are in Southern California and a few are in Northern California and Arizona. The locations page also provides links to maps and directions!

How do I set-up an account with Westcliff Medical Laboratories?

What do I need to bring with me when I am sent to a Westcliff facility for testing?
A written order (with all required diagnosis information) from your physician requesting laboratory testing. You will also need a current insurance identification card (Medicare, private insurance, or PPO). If you do not have insurance, Westcliff Medical Laboratories will accept cash or a personal check as payment. Most locations will also accept major credit cards. For urine drug screens, a photo I.D. is required (e.g. driver’s license).
