What are your patient service centers (PSC) hours? Our PSC's are typically open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some locations are open on Saturday. Exact hours of operation are listed for each facility on our locations page.

How do I set-up an account with Westcliff Medical Laboratories? Contact our corporate office for new account information or submit your request online.
What do I need to bring with me when I am sent to a Westcliff facility for testing? A written order (with all required diagnosis information) from your physician requesting laboratory testing. You will also need a current insurance identification card (Medicare, private insurance, or PPO). If you do not have insurance, Westcliff Medical Laboratories will accept cash or a personal check as payment. Most locations will also accept major credit cards. For urine drug screens, a photo I.D. is required (e.g. driver’s license).
