Whether collections are performed within a client’s office or by one of our friendly phlebotomist at our patient service centers, every specimen goes through several Quality Assurance checks as it travels through our laboratory. All checks are measured and recorded by our Quality Assurance Department on daily basis and then reviewed on a monthly basis by all supervisors.

From the minute the sample is picked up by one of our couriers to the time the report is placed into the chart you can be sure that the results you receive have been scrutinized to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.
